WORKSHOPS

Are you looking to inspire creativity and engagement in your students while promoting literacy and outstanding progress in English?

The Creative Writing Program, led by published author Matthew Wooding, helps students improve the quality of their writing while allowing them to freely explore different styles and genres with the opportunity to have their work published in their own anthology! After a successful first year of running the program in our pilot school, we’re excited to extend the invitation to other schools in the district. We hope you and your students will be as excited for this program as we are.

About the Workshops

Creative Writing Program Bundle

Includes:
-10 x 1 hour workshops
-The compiling and editing an anthology of the students’ work
-The organisation and formatting of front and back cover art for a final self-published anthology.

We offer 10 one hour sessions running from October to February and from February to May, where students will write in a variety of creative forms ranging from short stories to poetry, exploring elements of writing such as:
-descriptive language to create unique settings and characters
-use of voice and perspective
-utilising structure for effect
and much more!

Individual Workshops

Price: £40 per session
We run additional one-off workshops or a series of individually tailored creative writing sessions to groups of students. This is ideal for a range of needs ranging from intervention to extension.
